General Term's

By commission me you agree with:
- Prices are listed to accommodate PayPal commission fees;
- I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time;
- Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, your commission will be cancelled and you won't be refunded;
- The terms outlined here may vary depending on the type of commission;
- I have a busy timetable with school, expect the artwork to be delivered between 1 week-3 weeks.PAYMENT & FEES
- Payment is due in half upfront, and the second half after I declare the sketch phase is done;
- No refunds after the sketch phase is done;
- Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD or Euro;
- A design fee of 5% will be charged for clients with no reference images of their character, and would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of reference photos. (It may very depending on the complexity);
- A rush fee will be added if the client place a deadline is clashing with my real life time-table- More details about it, the better for me, so if you have reference images eases up a lot of my work.Note: AI images are not prohibited, but highly disencouraged. Please try your best to search for IRL images or images from known artists.

1. NSFW (Explicit content/Porn)
2. hate speech/gore
3. Human with exaggerated proportions
4. Realistic
5. Creature (without proper reference)

COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
W.I.P (Work in Progress) of the commission order will be shared publicly in the form of a sneak peak for documenting my work
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
- Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
The final product is strictly for your personal use only.
- You must credit/link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.
- For commercial use, we can discuss it as a project, collaboration or one we can discuss it as a project, collaboration or one-off payment.
Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.
NO NFT purpose commissions are allowed.
DO NOT use my artwork for training AI.

You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
- Print the work for personal use.
Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
- Use the artwork as reference for a study.
- Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
- Claim the artwork as yours.
Remove my watermark/signature.
Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
- Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
You will receive the following after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process. Images are always sent as 300 DPI PNGs unless another resolution/file type is requested:
Thumbnail options
First sketch for revision
Final sketch for approval
At least 2 Sneak peeks through out the progress
Final Artwork
For an additional $20 USD, you can also purchase the PSD or CSP file of your commission.

Rush Fee will depend how tight the deadline is decided by the client.
